I’m terrified of the dentist and hadn’t been there in years. Tooth pain finally caught up with me and I needed 2 extractions. Dr. Gonzales was patient, kind and very skilled. Her assistant was also amazing. I was impressed by their technology and skill, but most of all they made 2 extractions completely painless except for the initial numbing injections. They also dealt with my fear and anxiety like they were therapists!! It’s been 24 hours and I have no pain at the extraction sites, just general soreness. I can’t recommend Aspen highly enough.

I paid out of pocket for my services, but they are still trying to charge me. Trying to get this resolved over the phone has been impossible—they never call back and repeatedly hang up on me. In fact, they only answered today when I called from a completely different phone number. Since they are actively avoiding my calls, I am now forced to waste my time driving back to the shop in person to show them my receipt.

A while ago I posted a negative review of Aspen Dental and they contacted me shortly after to find a solution to my problem. I got upper and lower partials that contained nickel which i unfortunately found out I was allergic to. So I was dealing with severe blisters and chapping on and around my lips and in my mouth. I met with their manager Ayana on March 11, and they want to replace my partials with different ones that to not have any metal in them. I appreciate their efforts to make this right, but after conferring with my new dentist, I have some questions about other options she has shown me. I had an appointment last week to have molds made, but had to cancel because I had to stay a few days longer in Norway with my kids. That is why I haven’t posted this follow up review as well. I will call to make a new appointment and hope we can find out what partials will work best for me. I apologize for not posting sooner, and appreciate their efforts to help find a solution to my problems. I will be in touch in a day or two. Attached are photos of the partials recommended by my dentist.

This Aspen dental location is top tier. The customer service is amazing, everyone there is respectful and friendly. The best, hands down, is Tiffany. She’s personable and makes you feel comfortable. Her work is very thorough. Ayana always comes through with the financing and helps out in every way possible. I always leave feeling great about the services I receive.

I had tooth pain as I was traveling down to Naples, Aspen Dental was able to see me right away. Every single person I encountered at the practice was noteworthy. As pleasant a dental experience as I have ever had! I highly recommend them!
